  3. It’s 2am (uk). I have school at 8:30.i was waiting for my mum to comeback from work yesterday at 7pm. I fell asleep for 2 hours, woke up for 5 minutes. Fell asleep on ft to my friend & now I’ve been up for ages & can’t get back to sleep. Now I know why I fall asleep in class

  5. I kind of learned how to do this on my own, actually. I think that the meditation thing is the absolute key if you want to fall asleep on command. I've learned this out of a sort of necessity, because I work all day and then come home and have to do homework. My solution to feeling too tired during homework has been to nap every day immediately when I get home, regardless of how tired I am or am not. Doing this over and over, I learned to think of a "happy place" and just forget everything else, allowing my brain to shut off. I can basically do it whenever now. It's actually pretty nice if you have time to spare with nothing interesting to do and not enough money to afford fun things to do hahahaha. It's a great money saving technique for the lazy!

I know evrryones going to have their own little trick..i like to imagine floating in space flying in a straight line and nothing but pitch darkness. if my brain triggers some random thing to think about ill just imagine it sinking back into the darkness and keep flying forward eventually i just fall asleep…Either that or just a full on Bleach anime style war vs whatever nonsense comes into my head..

  8. I can fall asleep within seconds and literally anywhere.I have slept on the ground on sand or inside a tank sitting up when in the army.

  9. I've actually tried this before, and it really works.
    It has been my go-to when I'm desperate to sleep and have been awake for a while with my brain running a hundred of scenarios.
    I didn't do any of the 7 steps before bed, but as the video said, "clear your mind, relax and focus on your breathing", and I get to instantly fall asleep.
    Although I still prefer to fall asleep normally, I do this every time I have trouble sleeping.
